The New Reid

Reid Hospital & Health Care Services expects to complete later in 2008 a replacement hospital campus on the new Reid Parkway, less than two miles away from the existing hospital. Reid has been at 1401 Chester Boulevard since 1905. The Reid Hospital & Health Care Services Governing Board voted in September 2000 to pursue a new facility on a site of about 100 acres located on upper Chester Boulevard. The Outpatient Care Center portion of the new Reid opened on Aug. 1, 2007.
