Reid nurses honored during annual celebration
|
Reid Hospital recognized 10 nurses during the 2011 Nurses Week Celebration and Nursing Excellence Awards presentation. "This annual celebration is just a small way to celebrate the wonderful things they do all year." said Kay Cartwright, Reid vice president and chief nursing officer. "Our nurses touch lives every day." "These special people play a vital role as we carry out our mission," she added, noting the weeklong tribute included a reception and other activities to honor the Reid team of more than 500 nurses. The winning nurses represent communities from all across the Ohio-Indiana region that Reid Hospital serves and include Kelli Abshear, Lynn; Teri Barley, Liberty; Stephanie Burden, Richmond; Tammy Carman, Richmond; Kelly Cline, New Madison, Ohio; Erinn Frech, New Madison, Ohio; Tammy Garland, Union City; Lindsay Lawrence, New Madison, Ohio; Ryan Williams, Economy, and Deborah Wyatt, Richmond.
