April volunteer

Ronn Berry has been selected as Reid Hospital’s April Volunteer of the Month. Ronn has served as an Information Desk volunteer for seven years. He is cited for his professional personality and helpfulness to patients, staff and guests. He has been instrumental in arranging monthly meetings for the Information Desk staff and assisting with other special projects. Even though Ronn lives in the Fountain City area, he calls in during bad weather to make sure all shifts are covered and to offer his help. Ronn serves on the advisory board for the automotive program at Ivy Tech and on the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program committee for Ivy Tech and Sinclair Community College. He is a past president of the Chevrolet “Only the Best” Club. Ronn is married to Lois and has two children, Scott and Stephanie. In his spare time, Ronn enjoys researching local race track history. Upon being notified of his selection as Volunteer of the Month, Ronn stated he was surprised, honored and very appreciative.
