Reid Wound Healing Center promotes Dye

Cindy DyeCindy Dye, RN, a Winchester resident and a Navy veteran, has been named clinical nurse manager at Reid’s Wound Healing Center.

“The clinical nurse manager is responsible for clinical operations in the center, and Cindy’s new posting is the logical next step from her duties as a case manager,” said Claudia Anderson, RN and program director.

Dye, who is completing her nursing degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, was named Reid’s Ambassador of the Month in November and has also worked in the Hospice program.

Originally of San Francisco, Dye took to nursing during her service in the Navy, leaving as an LPN. She and her husband, David, a process engineer with Elevator Equipment Corp., Richmond, are parents of Jonathon, 13.

Active in the Winchester Community Cultural Preservation Committee, Dye is also treasurer of the Committee for Community Youth.
