Ten
nurses received recognition during National Nurses Week as Reid Hospital & Health Care
Services’ Nursing Excellence winners.
“Reid is a special place with hundreds of caring and compassionate team members who fulfill our mission daily,” said Kay Cartwright, vice president and chief nursing officer at Reid. “At the heart of that mission are more than 500 nurses who daily touch the lives – literally, spiritually and emotionally – of our patients, and their friends and families.”
The nurses were nominated by their peers based on several criteria, including Reid’s C.A.R.E. standards of courtesy, attitude, respect and enthusiasm.
